Take me to this Wonderland...

Kirsty Mitchell's Wonderland is truly inspiring. If i could upload them all i would have! Her photography takes you into a different realm, a realm of fantasy, fairtytale and imagination. Im overwhelmed by the styling and the stories behind what has inspired her to create such beautiful and bretahtaking work.

Maybe the library isnt so dull after all

After spending a few days in the library getting my journal in order and printing out pages...(you know how it is, all those last minute jobs!)
Well anyway...in the lobby of the All Saints library is a mounted exhibition on the wall titled 5 Photography, Its a showcase of 5 recent BA Hons Photography Degree students from Manchester School of Art. One students work stood out to me the most, so i done a little bit of homework and looked at her work so i could get a bit more of an understanding to what was behind the photographs! Its clever stuff.

Here are a few images from the lookbook which I have created to show the print and the scarf in action...

I have edited the images using photoshop and have added text and a paisley themed background to give it a professional edge.

Its YOU i want...

This is my final design which is getting digitally printed to become a scarf :)110cm x 110 cm BIG scarf! The colour choice was personal preference for me also it ties in nicley with the collection of paisley patterns i have created. But i have set up a template also so the customer feels more involved within the design process, with various colours choose from to make it that bit more personal. You know you want one!

I plan upload some of the images i took which wil appear in the lookbook, so watch this space...
